If you love the wilderness, space, vast landscapes and freedom – I promise you that there are few better places in the world.
My experiences in Chile at the age of 19 were my inspiration to develop ways to invite others to be more mindful of nature through writing and leading workshops, retreats and courses.
These times in the ancient Araucaria forests of Huerquehue National Park also inspired my first book, Mindfulness and the Natural World.
I ‘ll be leading another 8 -10 day Mindfulness of Nature experience in the Chilean Lake District in November – December 2019.
This year, I’d like to bring together a group of people who’d like to be part of this trip, in order to set dates and organise it all based on availability and budget of interested people.
I’d like to make sure – as far as possible – that all those interested may have the opportunity to come and experience this magical place with me…
