I will be running an ‘Introduction to Mindfulness in Nature’ weekend workshop at the beautiful Walnut Farm at the rural heart of Norfolk, UK from 12th-14th May 2017.
This weekend is open to everyone who is curious about mindfulness, our relationship with the natural world and how to create a happier, healthier, more sustainable world – or anyone who just fancy getting a peaceful week-end escape to nature into the busy 2017 diary!
This 3-day workshop will include a combination of theory, informal group discussions, individual and group exercises, meditations and games – as well as walks within and around Walnut farm and evening campfires (Who doesn’t love a campfire after a day in the great outdoors?) with new friends. Above all it promises to be a fun, relaxing and nature-filled week-end in a wonderful location!
