Mindfulness of Nature

New beginnings…

Dear friends,

I hope this finds you all very well and enjoying the first signs of spring. The sun is shining here in Cambridge and the great tits are singing… it feels like new beginnings are on the way once again!

Could this perhaps be an opportunity to re-kindle a “Sit Spot” practice in your garden for the new season ahead? Invite a friend out for a mindful walk ? Or just take a few moments a day to reconnect with your own breath again?

This post is simply to say that I am back on this side of the globe! I am very much looking forward to welcoming you all in Cambridge, Wales, Austria and Cyprus this year (more details for events in Cambridge, Cyprus and new events will be shared very soon!).

My months in the stunning Patagonian landscapes of Southern Hemisphere were transformative and challenged my comfort zones in so many ways I am only beginning to discover – some of which I hope to share with you when the time is right.

For now, I would simply like to share this beautiful quote from “Letters to a Young Poet” by Rainer Maria Rilke which I came across the other day:

“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”

Here’s to the challenging and beautiful move towards humbly loving the locked rooms and foreign writings within ourselves…

More from me soon,

Enjoy the sunshine!

I look forward very much to you sharing some of your transformative experiences and to learning with you how to ‘be patient toward all that is unsolved in my heart’…

Great to hear from you wherever you are in the world. It is always inspirational to hear from someone who has experience of living free and is gaining immediate and direct awareness of their true nature.

Dear Jim, how lovely to hear from you! I am now back in the UK for the foreseeable future and looking forward to exploring all of this work more fully here now. Your words mean alot to me at a time of new beginnings and redirection and continued challenge of trusting one’s self on one’s path! So thank you. I do hope our paths cross again sometime before too long!
